Supervised Visitation

The contact between a non-custodial parent (NCP) and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person responsible to observing and seeking to ensure the safety of those involved. 

Supervised off-site exchanges

Is the supervision of a transfer of the child from one parent to another. Precautions are taken to assure both parents or other individuals exchanging the child do not come in contact with each other. 

Telephone Monitoring

Telephone Monitoring between the parent and the child(ren). This is another way to help keep the child feeling safe and comfortable  while connecting with the parent through 3 way calling.

Intake

Before the first visit, both parents the (CP) custodial parent and the (NCP) noncustodial parent will provide the monitor with all updated court documents relevant to the order. Once all the documents are reviewed, the monitor will meet with each parent separately to go over all the terms and conditions.


Fees and schedules will be determined at this time. 

Reports

Reports will be completed upon a verbal or written request by the parent or attorney requesting a report. Summary Report consists of a list of visitation dates/times/location only.

Detailed Report consists of a list of visitation dates/times/locations/and a brief write up of specific details of each visit. 

Court Appearance

If either parent or attorney would like the monitor to appear in court to give testimony of the visits observed. The parent will have to give the monitor notice to prepare. A daily flat rate fee will apply. 

Fees-call for pricing

Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Fees are payable cash only IN ADVANCE.

No services will be done unless fees for services are paid in full before the visit.

Fees are hourly.

Fees  for all supervised visitation services have a 2 hour minimum.

In cases that involve any type of abuse allegations or cases that are considered “High Risk” will be charged at a higher rate. Rate determined at Intake.

Fees for services do not include extended travel (some travel fees may apply).

Holiday visitations have premium rates. Fees are subject to change.

Cancellation / No Show Policy –  A (24) twenty-four hour cancellation notification is required. If no  cancellation notification is given, the canceling or no-show parent is responsible for the scheduled hours of the cancelled visit. Payment must be paid prior to the start of the next scheduled visit.

A late fee will be applied at the rate of $2.00/minute. Payable by the party that is late.
